Refunds up to 30 days:
Bella Materna wants to make sure you\re absolutely in love with our products. We'll gladly exchange for a new size or replacement within 30 days. Tags must still be attached and in unused condition.
Replacements or exchanges up to 60 days:
Bella Materna wants to make sure you\re absolutely in love with our products. We'll gladly exchange for a new size or replacement within 60 days. Tags must still be attached and in unused condition.
Store Credit up to 90 days:
Bella Materna wants to make sure you\re absolutely in love with our products. If it has been more than 90 days, we will give you a Bella Materna gift card.

Select the product, then Return Reason, and comments with the size/style you need or any comments for us. This way we can quickly ship your replacement.
Then select the Return Type: Refund, Replacement or Credit (gift card).
On the Shipping screen - select "Pre-paid label" or I will ship myself. If pre-paid label, it will appear on the screen for you to print out. Note; if you are getting a refund, then there will be a $5 credit from your refund.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified in email. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied by original method of payment within 1 business day. (Your bank may take 3-10 days to show this applied to your account.)

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, but we do offer store credit / exchanges. We understand what it is like being a new mom and we want to offer you the best service and products available! Gifts: if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we can exchange it or offer you store credit. Select the Replacement/Exchange or Store Credit on the Returns Manager page, which you can access with your email and order # HERE.
Late or missing refunds: if you haven't received a refund since receiving our return confirmation, first check your bank account, then your bank/cc company. Banks may not officially post for 3-10 days. USA orders are delivered within 1-5 days. We ship from Seattle WA, using USPS. Your order is hand picked and shipped from our boutique on Lake Union. If your order is placed after 12pm PST, it will be shipped the next business day. You will receive an email with the tracking information.
USA: $00 delivery time: 1-5 days.
Canada: $13 delivery time: 3-15 days.
International Shipping: $25 Shipping 3-15 days.
