Refund Policy

Our Policy: We want happy customers, we are here for you! 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can offer you an exchange or store credit, no refunds after 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and with the tags on. To complete your return/exchange, be sure to include your original receipt or at least your contact information so we know who the package is from.  We can look up your account with your name or email very easily.

We do stand behind our products; if it is defective, please contact us so we can ensure the best quality for all Moms especially you!

 Returns: Please access our returns page here, where you can submit for a return and get the shipping label sent to you.

ISale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, but we do offer store credit / exchanges. We understand what it is like being a new mom and we want to offer you the best service and products available!  See SPEEDYEXHCNAGE below.

 Exchanges: Please call or email us with any questions, we offer great customer service; 206-286-8108 or If you need to exchange for a different size or style there are 2 options:

Speedy Exchange: place another order on our site for the new items, use code 'SPEEDYEXCHANGE' at checkout for free exchange shipping. On your return package; use the Free Shipping Label to send back, making a note on your enclosed order form SPEEDY EXCHANGE so we know to refund according to your original order (even if it was a sale item, this makes it an exchange).

Regular Exchange: Please use the Returns Manager page on our website to let us know you need to send back the item.  You will receive a shipping label in email to use for mailing it back to us.

 Gifts: if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we can exchange it or offer you store credit.  

 Late or missing refunds: if you haven't received a refund since receiving our return confirmation, first check your bank account.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (banks take 3-10 days from the day we processed it).
